Tea is a beverage that is noemally prepared by pouring hot water over some kind of herb. After two days you should start feeling better.   Ginger Tea   Ginger tea is one of the oldest plants to be used for medicinal purposes. It has properties that have been known to treat conditions such as chect congestions, nasal congestion, and even easing cough frequency. Ginger tea can be prepared in a couple of ways. The frist one is that you pour water into a pot, place the ginger in the water and boil the water. While at the boiling state allow simmering for about fifteen minutes. Drain the tea ans drink in small sips. The second way is by purchasing ginger tea bags from the local store, with this olace a bag in a cup and pour the hot water over it. Allow it to sit for five minutes then drink while warm. Ginger tea should be taken about three to four times a day. You shoul start feeling better within a day. Ginger tea is definitely a good tea foe a cold.   Peppermint Tea    Peppermint has been used for ages as a treatment option for a variety of ailments. Of particular interest is that peppermint has been used in the treatment of coughs and chest congestion. It has properties that can act as as expectorant to relieve coughs and even soothe dry coughs and sore throat. Peppermint tea is prepared by placing dry peppermint into a pot of water. You boil the mix foe about two to three cups a day. You should start feeling better within a day or so. Peppermint tea is definitely a good tea for a cold.   Herbs have been used for centuries for medicinal purposes, they have been known to cure a number of ailments. One such disease is the common cold, they don’t actually treat the cold but relieve the discomfort casued by its symptoms. These herbs are based taken when they are prepared into a tea.
